We are a congregation who loves our Lord and loves His Holy Word. We gather around Word and Sacrament to share the Good News of His love and grace and to be challenged to serve Him each and every day of our lives.

Our mission as the Body of Christ is to support our people and neighbors through our church, to equip and affirm the priesthood of all believers in our congregation and throughout the world..

We believe that to effectively reach and influence the world around us we must empower members to lead and impact in every sphere of life. We connect the unconnected to Christ and together pursue devotion to him.
Supporting the Community
We believe that the most effective way to connect others with God is through authentic relationships and serving the local community. We seek to give back to the community that has allowed St. Matthews to thrive since 1838.

We believe that we grow spiritually by providing a welcoming and inviting environment to all. We seek to host sermons, events, community activities, and give back in areas that support all who serve.
